💳 Booking & Deposits
A $100 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your party before the event begins.
Credit‑card bookings require matching identification at check‑in. Phone bookings
require the cardholder’s name, ZIP code, and security code, and ID must be shown
at check‑in.
Advance Booking
To ensure full party setup, staffing, and food coordination, parties should be
booked at least 48 hours in advance.
⏰ Party Timing & Lateness
Parties begin exactly at the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, your party
will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Parties must end on time so our staff can clean and prepare the room for the next event. If your group runs past the scheduled end time, additional fees may apply or your party may be moved out of the room. Hosts may arrive no more than 10 minutes early for setup. Early access beyond this window is not available due to room turnover.
🎮 Time Play Restrictions
Time Play provides unlimited gameplay during your party, but it does not award
points, prizes, or items from crane games. These restrictions apply to all Time
Play cards used during the party.
🍽️ Food Orders & Changes
Food orders must be finalized at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to make a change to your food order, please contact us as early as possible. Same‑day changes are not guaranteed, but our team will do their best to accommodate when possible. Advance notice ensures pizzas and party food are ready at the start of your event.
🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Parties may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are
non‑refundable, including cancellations.
🎈 Setup & Decorations
Decorations are welcome, but no taping items to walls or surfaces inside the
party room. Any special setup requests must be communicated before your party date.
👧 Supervision & Safety
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests must follow all
rules of Omni Cinemas and Omni Family Amusement Center.
