🕓Omni Plaza Evening Minors Policy

To ensure a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere for all our guests, Omni Plaza has an Evening Minors Policy in effect daily after 4:00 PM. As part of this policy, guests who do not meet the age requirements will not be permitted to enter the premises or attend movie showings that begin or end after 4:00 PM.

Key Points of the Policy:

  • 🧍‍♂️ Accompaniment Required: All visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult aged 21 or older.
  • 🪪 Proof of Age: Acceptable identification proving age may be required for both minors and adults. This includes a state-issued driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or passport. All identification must include a photograph and date of birth.
  • 🚫 Adherence to Policy: Individuals who do not have acceptable identification or fail to comply with this policy will be asked to leave the property.
  • 👥 Adult to Minor Ratio: One adult may accompany a maximum of five youths.
  • 👨‍👧 Supervision: All accompanied youths must remain with their supervising adult at all times.
  • Adult Responsibility: Adults are responsible for the behavior and actions of all the youths they accompany.

🎬 Omni Cinemas Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing a great experience for every guest. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund guidelines below:

⏰ Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued after the scheduled showtime. All ticket sales are final once the movie begins.
  • Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theater’s box office any time before showtime. Please bring your original ticket or confirmation to process the request.

🎟️ Cancelled Shows

  • In the rare event that a show is cancelled, you will receive a full refund, including any service charges.

🎫 Post-Showtime Policy

If a refund request is made after showtime, guests may be eligible to receive a pass for a future screening in lieu of a monetary refund.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following guidelines:

🚫 No Outside Food or Drinks

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theatre.

🎒 Bag Restrictions

  • Backpacks, large bags, and packages are not allowed. Exceptions: Diaper bags and medical bags are permitted.

🧳 No Storage Available

  • Omni Cinemas does not offer storage for personal items that are not allowed inside. Please plan accordingly.

🔍 Bag Inspection

  • All bags and packages are subject to inspection upon entry. Management cannot hold items for guests. Any restricted items must be removed from the theatre.
RATED R – RESTRICTED MOVIES

Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. Contains some adult material. Parents are urged to learn more about the film before taking their young children with them.

A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets without providing additional photo I.D. for additional tickets. The purchaser must also attend the movie for which the additional tickets are purchased.

Welcome to Omni Fun Center! By using our Arcade Play Card, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a fun, fair, and safe experience for all guests.

Card Activation & Use

  • Arcade Play Cards are valid exclusively at Omni Fun Center in Fayetteville, NC.
  • Cards must be loaded with credits at the front desk or kiosk before use.
  • Credits can be used to play games, earn tickets, and redeem prizes.

Credit Policy

  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Promotional credits or bonus balances may have expiration dates—please check your receipt or ask a team member for details.
  • Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Treat your card like cash. Omni Fun Center is not responsible for lost or stolen cards unless they are registered.
  • Damaged cards may be replaced at management’s discretion. A small replacement fee may apply.

Tickets & Prizes

  • Tickets earned during gameplay are stored digitally on your card.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Ticket-to-prize ratios are set by Omni Fun Center and may vary by item.

Game Malfunctions

  • If a game malfunctions or fails to dispense credits or tickets, please notify a staff member immediately.
  • Omni Fun Center is not responsible for lost credits or tickets due to machine errors unless verified by staff.
  • Management reserves the right to issue replacement credits or tickets at their discretion.
  • Repeated issues may result in temporary removal of the game for maintenance.

Refunds & Transfers

  • Unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred between cards.
  • Cards are non-transferable and intended for individual use.

Fair Play & Conduct

  • Tampering with machines, misuse of cards, or any fraudulent activity may result in card deactivation and removal from the premises.
  • Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Promotions

  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  • Omni Fun Center reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Liability

  • Omni Fun Center is not liable for machine errors, power outages, or technical issues affecting card balances.
  • Use of the card implies acceptance of these terms.
